Sittings are payable in full at the time of booking - Reorders are payable at the time of the order and are non-refundable as production starts immediately - If you are unable to keep your appointment please let us know as soon as possible - If less than 24 hours notice is given the full sitting fee will apply - The copyright of all images remains exclusively the property of SMS Creative Photography Limited - Copying of images is prohibited and illegal - The sitting fee does not include digital files - By promotional material we mean the use of images on websites, social media and marketing - The use of mobile devices in the studio is forbidden - All Personal Information supplied to us will be treated in accordance to the General Data Protection Regulation.
